Rocky River Escape | Bartlett| Relax on the River!

My husband and I had a great long weekend! The space was beautiful, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! And you can’t beat being on the river! It was the perfect location with proximity to North Conway, Jackson and Crawford Notch but with the luxury of peace and quiet! We will definitely be back during ski season with great proximity to slopes as well!

This is a lovely place to stay in the Bartlett area. We had enough space to spread out and everything we could need was there. The property manager was communicative at the beginning but when my husband texted him to let him know that the oven doesn’t close all the way, he was unresponsive. Because the oven didn’t close completely, the kitchen got extremely warm and things took longer to cook. Also the property says air conditioning is included but the ac unit is only upstairs. There is a humidifier down where the bedrooms are that is supposed to “keep things cool” and needs to be emptied quite often or it just shuts off. We emptied 5 times in one day. There is no control of the thermostats. They are locked. These were the two biggest issues for us but if these aren’t big deals for you then again, this place is great. The river outside is great to listen to and the location is fantastic.

Perfect location! The serene sounds of the river flowing was the perfect place to sit out on the deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. 3 Minutes away from Storyland and very close to Diana's bath and the mountains for skiing in the winter. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating. Our son loved exploring the river and the short walk down to the swimming pool to take a quick dip. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Excellent communication from the hosts!

We spent an extended weekend at Rocky River Escape and used it as a base for a family ski trip. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and we liked the layout (all the bedrooms on one floor). Location was perfect with Attitash close by and a short drive to Wildcat and North Conway. Would definitely rent again.
